What to do when you don’t know what to do

There are so many situations where we struggle with figuring out what we should do. Often, we reflect back on a situation and think, “I wish that I could have done that differently.”

Although we may not be able to predict every situation you encounter and determine the optimal course of action, we can help you see patterns in your everyday life and find ways to improve upon them.

Our Goal:

We can help you develop, implement, and adapt behavior change plans that are tailored to your situation. We work with you to help you figure out what works best for you. Not everything works for everyone. Most people have tried to change problematic behavior and been unsuccessful. We help you trouble shoot your roadblocks and find more effective ways to success.

We start with an intake interview to better understand your experiences, what has been helpful in the past, what has not been helpful in the past, and what may be most helpful in the future. We frequently conduct motivational interviews to discover more about your readiness for change.

Then we meet you where you are in order to increase the likelihood of your success. We incorporate evidenced-based treatment protocols into your plan and evaluate progress on an on-going basis.
